Acknowledgement: In the spirit of reconciliation, Williez Lawncare (WLC) acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community. We pay our respect to their Elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.'
Honest & Integrity Based: WLC conducts all business management to the best of our ability in the spirit of honesty, integrity and ethically to help and care for our clients.
Customer Service: WLC recognize and understand that everyone, no matter what sex, creed, country, religion or belief system deserves to be treated with respect and dignity.
Client Expectation: WLC expectation of our clients is a reciprocal relationship.
Objective: To provide the client outstanding results, so that their property has curb appeal and looks clean, tidy and manicured.
Results: Outstanding results are achieved by best practices, superior customer service, attention to detail, high standards and quality workmanship.
Communication: Clear & concise communication and correspondence via on-site assessments' face to face, text, email or Facebook messenger is conducted in a timely manner.
Business Model: Family based business with no employees. WLC specializes in ground maintenance, specifically in lawn & garden care. WLC builds a business model on recurring client accounts based around Flexible Proactive Seasonal Frequencies such as weekly service or fortnightly service.
Estimates and Quotes: The client will receive an Estimate via an on-site assessment which is 'Subject to Change' and then provided a Quote sent to the client via email.
Acceptance of Quotes: The client must inform WLC staff of their acceptance in regards to an informed decision and full understanding of the final chargeable cost.
Rates for Labor Residential Rate: Is Subject to the financial conditions of the client and their budget.
Rates for Labor Commercial Rate: Is Subject to an agreed rate according to the Scope of Works.
Service Prices: Are in accordance to our service price list. Which are subject to change due to inflation, interest and economy price increases.
Product & Material Prices: Majority of the products/ materials are sourced from Bunnings. All products sourced and picked up and delivered by WLC staff is subject to a overhead markup.
Invoice & payment conditions: The client is provided a invoice on completion of each service on the day via email for payment in full. Payment is expected to be paid on the day of service via bank transfer as provided on the invoice.
Other Options of Payment: Bank cards or pre-payment is accepted. However, Bank card fees are forwarded to the client.
Payment of Services Rendered: Client is responsible to communicate and inform WLC staff, 24 hours before service begins of any changes to payment of service. If client does not inform WLC staff of any issues to pay on the day of service. It is expected that the client is paying on the day as previously explained.
Late Payment Management: This is subject to a late payment fee of $100 every outstanding day. The client will receive a reminder every day until the invoice has been fully paid. Once paid, the client will receive a late payment invoice for outstanding account for payment. However, if the client does not pay within 14 days after the service rendered, the client will be reported to debt collections and legal action will begin for debt recovery. If this occurs, you will be liable for all costs incurred.
Complaints, Issues and Enquiries: If you have any queries or have any questions to anything that you don't understand, WLC staff are happy to answer them and find a solution to your queries. However, it is recommended that you contact WLC staff 24 hours before any services are rendered to mitigate any misunderstandings or communication because once you have agreed and accepted your quote, you are responsibly obligated to pay for the invoice for services rendered.
Weather Conditions: Schedules are subject to change depending on weather conditions. WLC staff will inform the client of any changes to schedules immediately.
Terms of Service Changes: WLC staff are responsible to make changes accordingly in order to provide superior service.

Definition: Williez Lawncare as WLC. Williez is a uniquely named due to Brent's nickname given because of his surname being Williams 'Willie' whilst serving in the Australian Defence Force for over 10 years both in the Army and Air Force.

Definition: The Terms of Service are the legal agreements between a service provider and a person who wants to use that service.

Definition: A project is any undertaking, carried out individually or collaboratively and possibly involving research or design, that is carefully planned to achieve a particular goal.

Definition: Estimate & Quotes means:

An estimate is your rough guide to how much something will cost without having all the specifications or putting time into a quote. Unlike quotes, estimates are not legally binding. An estimate will usually include a disclaimer saying that the price is subject to change.
An estimate is best used when a customer asks for an indication of the total price. Estimates can indicate the likely cost and scope of a job without committing to prices and terms.
A quote is you agreeing on paper that you have all the information you need to prepare a well-planned and correctly calculated assessment, factoring in all of the specifics necessary to do the work.
If the customer proceeds, then the quote forms part of a legally binding contract between you and the customer. If something goes wrong, and your customer takes legal action, the quote is the key document taken into consideration.
